Who can drive a Leo&Go?


Anyone over 21 years old who has held a European driving license for more than 2 years.




How can I use Leo&Go?


It's super easy; first, download the Leo&Go app to register. Once your account is approved, all you have to do is reserve your car via the app. Once you’re in your car, you can unlock it and start your trip. If you like, you can even take a break with the ‘pause’ option during your trip and then continue driving whenever you wish. To finish, you park your car in the Leo&Go zone designated area on the public road and simply lock the vehicle.




I have a problem with my registration: what do I do?

What type of driving licence is accepted?


European driving licences of more than 2 years.




What is the registration fee?


With Leo&Go, there are no registration fees! It's free!




What information do I need to register?


To register, we need your personal information (name, first name, e-mail...) as well as a photo of your driving license, your identity card, and your credit card.





Reservation

When I press the button to reserve my Leo&Go, it doesn't work; what do I do?


Firstly, relaunch your app, someone may have reserved the vehicle just before you, and it is no longer available. If this is not the case, contact our customer service at bonjour@leoandgo.com or 04 28 29 29 20.




How long can I reserve my Leo&Go?


For 15 minutes.




How many Leo&Go cars can I reserve at the same time?


You can only reserve one Leo&Go at a time.




My reservation failed, what do I do?


If your reservation was unsuccessful, you can retry and reserve a Leo&Go again. However, please note, after 3 failed reservations, your reservation option will be blocked.




What is the "pause" mode?


If you wish to take a break during your trip yet still want to keep your car, you can use the pause mode and continue driving your car when you want to finish your trip. To do this, simply click on "pause" in the app and "resume" when you want to continue your trip. During the pause mode you pay the standard pricing.




Where can I drive?


You can go anywhere during your trip, even outside the designated Leo&Go zone! For example, you can take your Leo&Go to Lyon and drive to the mountains. The only rule is you need to park your car in the Leo&Go zone to complete your trip.




How do I end my rental?


To end your rental, all you have to do is park your car in the Leo&Go designated zone on the public road. Also, don't forget to lock your car on the app.

How do I drive a rented car?


First, unlock the car via the app. Then sit back and follow the instructions on the car’s user guide: 1/ Press the START button to start the car 2/ Press the gear lever with D to drive forward or R to reverse




What is the difference between the two types of vehicles?


The Peugeot e-208 is very comfortable and ideal for short trips in Lyon and the surrounding area. The Toyota Yaris is ideal for longer trips and weekends as it has a more extended range.




What are the car’s accessories?


The Leo&Go cars are very comfortable! They are equipped with a spacious boot, 5 seats, GPS, and air conditioning.




Can I take pets with me?


No, pets are not allowed in your Leo&Go car.




Can I smoke in my Leo&Go?


No, smoking is not allowed in your Leo&Go.




Can I take a baby in the car?


Yes, our Leo&Go cars can accommodate a baby seat.




How do you charge the car?


Our vehicles are already charged, you don't have to do anything! In case the range of the Toyota Yaris becomes too low, you can fill up the tank and send us the bill at bonjour@leoandgo.com. Our team will reimburse you by bank transfer.




What is the minimum battery range I must have to return the car?


You have to return the car with a minimum range of 20km. For the airport zone, the miniumum range is 40km.




What if the battery reaches the minimum level allowed by the Leo&Go general conditions?


In this case, you have to return the vehicle to the Leo&Go designated zone.




How do I report damage to a vehicle?


When starting a trip, you can report damage to the vehicle directly in the app, via the "Check the state of the vehicle" feature. If damage is caused to the vehicle during the trip, it must be reported to our customer service department at 04 28 29 29 20, or by email at bonjour@leoandgo.com

To use your promo code, log in to your account within the app, go to the "my promotions" section and enter your code. It will be applied to your next trip.

Customer service/Insurance

What are the fixed costs that apply?


- Insurance deductibles for damage to the vehicle if the general conditions have been complied: 900€. - Loss of fuel card, parking card, or vehicle papers: 50€ + replacement costs - Processing fees (fines, post-parking fees, tolls, or parking fees): 30€ (in addition to the infraction fees, which will be paid directly by the customer) - Impoundment fee for a parking violation at the end of the rental period: 250€. - Fee in the case of ending rental while not complying with the minimum level of battery or fuel required (range < 20 Km): 150€. - Rejection of direct debit, a reminder that a bill is unpaid: 15€ handling fee + 15% of the amount due. - Vehicle is returned abnormally dirty (inside or outside): Light cleaning that can be done on the road: 50€ / Cleaning that requires a cleaning station: 100€. - Collection fees for unpaid bills: 40€. - Disrespecting the smoking ban rule: 50€. - Intervention and required action of a technician (caused by the customer): 60€. - Obstructive or forbidden parking at the end of the rental period: 50€ + fine to be paid by the client if necessary - Parking outside the zone at the end of the rental period: 50€ if the distance to the zone < 10km / 50€ + displacement invoice if the distance to the zone >10km - Vehicle immobilization costs with driver's responsibility (breakdown, damage, loss of vehicle accessory...): 50€ + 40€/day of immobilization - Disrespect of the customer's general obligations of Section 9 of the General Conditions of Use, for example, driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol: 250€

Do I have to pay for any damages caused?


If the Leo&Go vehicle is damaged, the customer is responsible and must compensate Leo&Go for the damage up to the vehicle's total value and, if applicable, the value of the accessories (including the parking/fuel/charge card). However, the customer is not responsible for the damage where Leo&Go is compensated by a liable third party or by the insurer of this third party. Neither for the damage where the customer demonstrates they are not at fault. The customer's liability for damage to the Leo&Go vehicle is limited to an insurance deductible of up to 900 euros.




Who is covered by the insurance?


The Leo&Go vehicle is covered by an all-risk insurance policy, including the mandatory civil liability of the driver and passengers for property damage or bodily injury caused to third parties. This insurance also covers bodily injury to the driver and passengers driven in sufficiently safe conditions, as well as damage to the vehicle (a deductible is applicable).
